Owner Irv Gianneschi started out in 1977 working as a laborer in his teens and through the years he worked his way up the ladder, always learning and thirsting for more in this field he has had a lifelong commitment to. With over 44 years of excavation experience under his belt Irv founded GTech Construction Services, LLC in 2015. The first major step of the process is the estimating the project correctly the first time. Irv bids all projects himself, builds the project as he is bidding and looks for any value engineering improvements or savings to provide to our clients. 

Gtech has a personal approach to every project as if it they own it. With our skilled and experienced staff, we have established a standard of excellence in the excavation industry. We take pride in being able to offer a single point of contact for our customers during the excavation phase of their project.
